Classical Acupuncture
Promotes natural healing in the body, affecting blood flow, the immune system and helps speed recovery of injuries.
As such it can be used to treat achy joints and chronic/general health issues.
This style of acupuncture is based off a stomach and pulse diagnosis and treats all conditions.
This is a three needle treatment.
It is recommended to initially commit to two sessions a week giving a tremendous energy boost and enabling the body to heal from the bottom up.

Musculoskeletal injury
Most of my clients come to me for this treatment.
A musculoskeletal injury can be anything from locked muscles, stiff muscles, joint pain/inflammation, impaction injuries.
To get the best result I combine a lot of therapies as well as my initial diagnostic assessment.
I use my skills in deep tissue massage, acupuncture, gua sha and cupping, stretching and back alignments, sometimes even adding in vitamin serums to get a good result.
My priority is to get my client back doing the things they love with the people they love.
All sessions will be preceded with a pulse and stomach diagnosis, with three acupuncture needles to prepare the body for healing.
Due to the nature of injury sometimes being up to 20 years old, a set of treatments will be required based on the severity of the injury - so the sooner you come to see me the better!

Indonesian massage (deep tissue, oil)
A deep tissue oil massage breaking down tensely knotted tissue, easing muscle and joint pain.
All sessions include to include a pulse and stomach diagnosis, with three acupuncture needles to prepare the body for healing.

Chinese (Tuina) Medical Massage - Deep tissue, dry
A dry, deep tissue massage utilising the manipulation of muscle, trigger points and bones to treat chronic and acute musculoskeletal issues.
E.g. sciatica and frozen shoulder.
All sessions include to include a pulse and stomach diagnosis, with three acupuncture needles to prepare the body for healing.

Tung acupuncture
Promotes natural healing in the body, affecting blood flow, the immune system and helps speed recovery of injuries.
This particular type of acupuncture can heal the functionality of organs including but not limited to female health, the heart, kidney and thyroid.

Pain relief acupuncture (Battlefield)
Uses semi-permanent needles placed into the ear. These needles simply fall out after they have been in long enough.
The session is also preceded by a pulse and stomach diagnosis and three acupuncture needles to balance your body to heal the root cause which needs to be addressed for long term pain relief.
Clients with fibromyalgia find a combination treatment with cupping gives great relief.

Hot stone massage
Is a massage which uses stones to induce heat, primarily for relaxation and the relief of discomfort.
The stones work over the body to massage as well as placement stones, when skin and subcutaneous tissues are warm they are more pliable and easy to work. Promoting healing through the stimulation of collagen.
To be preceded with a pulse and stomach diagnosis, with three acupuncture needles to prepare the body for healing.

Gua sha vitamin facial
Combining the ancient art of gua sha with cosmeceutical grade vitamin serums to give an exfoliated, hydrated and naturally plumped face.
I only use Medik8 products.

Gua sha

Scraping the body to increase the flood of blood and qi. This technique increases blood flow by 400%, making it excellent for soft tissue damage.
